My recent stay at Villa Franica was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was beautifully styled and had all the comforts necessary for a great holiday. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were a delightful addition, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The owners were friendly and always available for any questions or concerns. The location, although on the outskirts of Zadar, was ideal as a starting point for exploring the region. Despite the ongoing construction close by, it didn't disturb our sleep as long as we closed the windows. I had a superb experience and would highly recommend Villa Franica.

I had an amazing time at this property in Zadar. The value for money was excellent, and the room was clean and well-furnished. The location was great, with shops and attractions nearby. The staff at Villa Franica were lovely and provided excellent service. I would definitely return next year!

Recently built hotel with modern and clean rooms, including a spacious balcony with sea views. Well-stocked kitchen with complimentary breakfast items. Enjoyable pool and hot tub on-site. Friendly but discreet hosts available if needed. Great location for exploring the surrounding area.

I had an amazing stay at Villa Franica in Zadar. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the beautiful and clean apartment. the host, Franica, was welcoming and even left refreshing drinks in the fridge for my arrival. the apartment was spacious and had everything I needed for a comfortable holiday. the highlight was definitely the pool, which was perfect for cooling down in the 35-degree heat. I highly recommend Villa Franica and I'm already planning to rebook for later this year.

This provides a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle, yet still easily accessible. the apartment itself is nicely styled and comfortable, with top-quality beds and luxurious sheets. the swimming pool and jacuzzi are great amenities to relax in after a long day of exploring. the owners, though rarely seen, are friendly and available for any questions.

The surrounding area may have ongoing construction works on weekdays, potentially causing some noise disturbances.
